What's more fun than building the perfect blanket fort? Doing it at the library, of course!
Families with children age 10 and younger are invited to this after-hours event complete with fort building, storytelling, crafting and a snack.
Participants will need to be in the library's courtyard no later than 5:15 PM. Doors lock at 5:30 PM. Come dressed in your "jammies" and bring 2 or 3 light weight blankets or sheets, pillows and a flashlight. The library will provide the space and other tools to build some amazing structures and the books to read in your fort.
We hope to see you there as Waterloo has no school on Monday for Martin Luther King, Jr. Day!
